Paul Marrero

Paul Marrero founded CAASPRE Consulting, in Tampa, FL, in October 2000. He worked six years as a consultant with another consulting firm and four years with a mid-sized financial institution. To take advantage of the growing mobile market, he started CAASPRE Consulting in a consortium with another west-coast technology company set to develop hand-held, human resources applications.

Mr. Marrero has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business from the University of South Florida. Over the nine years since its founding, CAASPRE Consulting has been developing custom applications, business process consulting and the development of custom human resources management and payroll add-on systems.
